CBQA held a webinar in January 2021 to introduce expansion into Genetic testing, and to gather feedback on what CBQA activities in Genetics would be most valuable to Canadian institutions. Top answers showed that more than 90% of respondents agreed that sharing information on new lab guidelines and networking with other labs was very important, and that proficiency testing surveys of either data only (no samples) or with samples would be useful. CBQA will use this guidance as it develops activities in Genetics over the coming year.
